Rich Street Bridge co-winner of Columbus Landmarks Foundation Award

On 27 September 2012 the Columbus Landmarks Foundation named the Scioto River Bridges
(Rich St & Main St Bridges) and the Scioto Mile as co-winners of the James B Recchie Design Award which honors excellence in Columbus urban design. This is the first time in its 35 year history that it has honored a bridge and the first time that it has shared the award between two competing project entries. LAP was involved in the concept and detailed design of the superstructure on behalf of Burgess & Niple, Columbus, Ohio, USA.
