The firm Peiner Träger GmbH in cooperation with Prof. Dr.-Ing. Kuhlmann, Institute of Construction and Design of the University of Stuttgart, has developed sizing tables for the cold sizing of Slimfloor-ceiling beams as cap profiles in flat slabs which are the basis for the issue of a general building supervision permission for this steel composite building construction.
Leonhardt, Andrä und Partner structurally checked the sizing concept the tables are based upon and evaluated their deviations of corresponding standards on basis of the available scientific papers.
