On December 31, 2025, out esteemed CEO, Dipl.-Ing. Wolfgang Eilzer, retired after more than 43 years of dedicated and successful service to Leonhardt, Andrä und Partner Beratende Ingenieure VBI AG. Throughout these years, Wolfgang Eilzer has played a central role in the company's growth and success, both in Germany and internationally. Under his leadership, we have realized many significant projects that have helped shape our legacy. 

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Wolfgang Eilzer for his tireless commitment, his collaborative spirit, and his sound decision-making. We wish him all the best and much happiness as he begins this exciting new chapter of his life. 

We are also pleased to announce that, effective January 1, 2026, Wolfgang Eilzer will succeed Prof. Manfred Nußbaumer as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Prof. Nußbaumer, who has kindly resigned from his position effective December 31, 2025, has led the Supervisory Board with great dedication and foresight. 

A special word of thanks is due to Prof. Nußbaumer, a founding member of the Supervisory Board since 2012 and its Chairman. His wisdom, experience, and visionary leadership have been invaluable in guiding the company through many important milestones.
