We are proud of our hertiage and the accomplishments of our founder Fritz Leonhardt. His understanding of being an "engineer" and his most basic values in ehtics and asthetics are the archetype directing the minds at work of all employees at LAP. We put an emphasis on a comprehensive and holistic understanding of structures, and their correlation with their envoirnment and their cultural siginificance. A responsible approach to construction, taking into account eco-political aspects is common practice for us.

A company that has been successful in its industry since 1939 can only achieve that by constant development and an open, curious and innovative perspective. We contribute in research and development, to move civil engineering forward, which in return also broadens our horizons and our competencies. Our flexibility and openness to novelty is reflected within our organization, but is most obvious in the originality of our constructions themselves.

NETWORKED ACROSS GERMANY

You can find us at ten locations in Germany, with our head offices located in  southern Stuttgart. This nation-wide network enables us to maintain a trustworthy and personal connection with our clients and planning partners, which is of paramount importance for us.. On international projects, we always aim to work closely with  our local planning partners.

Despite the geographical distance, our offices maintain close contact and exchange of experience. This allows us to gather different perspectives from different angles, which we consider particularly important for our industry.Our employees have different skill sets and can be flexibly composed to a team, meaning we are always able to combine the competencies needed to develop the best solution for your project, , no matter where we implement your project.

Our structural framework

Our employees are shouldering our enterprise. We emphasise a good relationship between employees and executives. It is through successful collaboration that we master the increasing complexity of the building assignments. We impart the love for the profession on our employees and t generate a basic prerequisite for  high performance capacity and motivation. Thereby guaranteeing our high quality requirements are met and the success of our office is ensured.

There is no standstill in the construction industry and that’s why our employees are always encouraged to expand their knowledge. Ongoing training  and the participation in research and development are equally important here. Furthermore, our employees are active members in a range of different professional associations and contribute to expert committees and professional journals in the form of publications and lectures.
